COASTAL INSPIRED
LONDON DRY GIN
INFUSED WITH OYSTER LEAF
CRAFTED ON THE NORTH ESSEX SHORES, INFUSED WITH SUSTAINABLY SOURCED MARITIME BOTANICAL OYSTER LEAF (SEA BLUEBELL), A HINT OF SPANISH LEMON AND A TWIST OF SANSHO PEPPER.
OUR HERITAGE
The illustration on the front of our bottle is a lino-cut piece by local artist James Dodds named ‘Pioneer At Sea’ which depicts a skillinger – the type of boat that used to trawl for oysters off Terschilling near Holland. On the reverse is a poem by Martin Newell called ‘The North Sea’, which references the skillingers and their voyages from Essex.
OUR inspiration
Oystermen Gin was inspired by a love for the Essex coastline, famed for its oysters. Infused with the signature maritime botanical Oyster Leaf, also known as Sea Bluebell, a flowering sea plant that grows in cold climates around the shores of the UK.
OUR distiller
The distiller behind our gin, Godwin Baron, has lived on the coast of Essex for many years. Having spent most of his life in business, retail and commerce, he set up 3 Amigos Artisan Spirits and began creating the distinctive drink that represents his beloved county.
